Located in Richmond, CA, Country Club Vista Homeowners Association is "The Bay Area's most remarkable address". The Homeowners Association is responsible for the budget, overseeing the maintenance of the common area, and maintaining the governing documents (including the CC&Rs, Bylaws, parking rules, etc.). In addition, the Association must approve all landscaping, external structures, architectural changes, painting projects, etc.
